The first weeks |

On the left, weighing in at 8 pounds 10 ounces, 21.5", welcome Joshua Steven Reichert, born the day before Mothers Day: May 12, 2001, 8:13am.
On the right, weighing in at 8 pounds 2 ounces, 20", the defending champion Conor David Reichert, born the day before our first anniversary: April 30, 1999, 7:51pm.
In these pictures, the guys think Joshua looks a little
like Pauly from the movie Rocky, whereas Conor looked more like Rodney
Dangerfield.

Conor is very accepting of his baby brother. So far, the
only jealousy we've seen is in who gets to hold the baby. "Conor's turn!
Conor's turn!"

Conor really enjoys every close experience with Joshua.
Conor and Dad camped out on the floor next to Mom and
Joshua during the hospital stay. Conor dominated our sleeping arrangements,
pinning Dad against the wall. In the morning Dad found himself with his
back to the wall and Conor's butt in his face.
